Causes
But why am I doing it for?
The answer is: Because I CARE.
I see a problem in the society, I want to solve it.
I see a person in pain, I want to help.
I see an issue troubling, I want to support.
And therefore I ACT.
Human rights, their promotion, and support is an issue that has been keeping me bussy since I was a child and kept on being with me in my studies.
My love and care for nature and the environment lead me the last years to turn the direction of my projects towards sustainability and sustainable development. This never-ending journey has and is still teaching me a lot about how to live life sustainably in a practical and metaphorical way.
Education, formal, non-formal, through experience, through practice... All the forms of learning are an issue that was, is and will always be with me as a professional and as a person.
When people are receiving new information about life, themselves and others, this is the moment when they are learning and developing themselves in new directions.
I did always deeply believe that any person is a unique way of expressing a personality. How does the freedom of speech make the world be a collection of endless diversity of characters? How do we choose to show off these personalities? If that is not creativity then what is it?
Maybe the inability of repeating the same thing twice exactly in the same way!
As a member of this diverse society, I was always inspired by the way a community is getting build, how a team works better. How the conditions of cooperation are developed within a group of people. As a trainer, I learned how to work with them and lead the teams to a better quality of work.
And the question of life on its own.... How do people choose to behave, adapt to new environments, learn and grow? If there is something that is even close to the magic that should be it... personal development.

* What is non-formal education?
Non-formal education is a form of education where the 'learner' is not receiving the information/knowledge ready, but have developed it. |
